Our Team

Cathy Basquel has 11 years of experience in investing, M&A, and corporate finance. Cathy joined ERA in 2026 from Tiger Infrastructure Partners where she was a Vice President responsible for sourcing, execution, portfolio company management and strategy for investments across the infrastructure industry. Prior to Tiger, she received her MBA from Harvard Business School with honors. Previously, Cathy held roles at The Blackstone Group (European Real Estate Group) in London and Deloitte Corporate Finance in Dublin. Cathy received a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin (UCD) in Ireland and is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA).

Cathy currently serves on the boards of the Women’s Infrastructure Network and the North American Advisory Board of UCD College of Business.
