Ed Leung
Co-Founder, Managing Partner, and Responsible Investing Officer
Ed Leung has 23 years of investing, M&A, corporate finance, and fund management experience. Ed has helped lead and actively manage investments in industries such as transport & logistics (temperature-controlled warehousing facilities), digital infrastructure (dark fiber, cell towers, and cell tower easements), other essential assets (education and housing), and environmental (waste management). His past experience includes helping to source and execute investments in private technology and energy technology companies at a venture capital firm. He began his career in investment banking with a focus on real estate, lodging, and leisure. Ed Leung received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
Ed currently serves on the boards of Agile Cold Storage and Crosstown Fiber (Chairman).
Former boards include CitySwitch (Chairman), Landmark Dividend, Landmark Infrastructure Partners, Nordic Cold Storage, Flagship Communities, Inspire Communities, American Education Properties, and Arrow Material Services.
