Rhea Castelino

Associate

Rhea Castelino has five years of experience in investing, M&A, and corporate finance. Rhea joined ERA in 2024 from OMERS Private Equity where she specialized in tactical opportunities and energy transition investments. Previously, she worked in infrastructure private equity at DIF Capital Partners. She started her career as an Analyst in Deloitte’s Infrastructure M&A and Advisory practice. Rhea Castelino received an Honors Business Administration degree with Distinction from the Ivey Business School, Western University.
